Visio Divina
Ask for the grace to see and receive from the Holy. Sit silently and contemplate the image.
What colors or shapes or patterns do you notice?
Who are the figures? What are they doing? Who is in the center?
Perhaps you might place yourself in the central circle. Or is there a person in need whom you might place within the tender mercy of the Divine?
